Straight answers about the service, the people doing the work, and the first step.

Getting started

What does We Solve Problems actually do?

We manage IT for businesses and help enterprise teams put AI to work. Managed IT covers the systems your team depends on. AI enablement is a separate three-year roadmap, starting with a hands-on leadership workshop.

What size companies do you work with?

Most managed IT clients have between 10 and 200 employees. AI enablement is designed for enterprise teams, including organizations with their own IT departments.

Do you only work with businesses in Los Angeles?

Our team is based in Los Angeles. We support local offices and distributed teams, with on-site coverage and remote support agreed around your environment.

What happens on the first call?

The first call is a 25-minute introductory Zoom conversation. Bring the problem or opportunity you want to discuss. We will talk through whether WSP is a fit and agree on a next step. An IT assessment or AI workshop comes separately.

Managed IT

What happens when we first engage?

We agree on the support your team needs, take administrative access, and document the environment. We establish how people and devices join and leave, then audit the systems against a written standard. Findings become a sequenced plan of projects, quoted separately from your ongoing service.

How long does the transition take?

Managed IT onboarding typically takes 2–4 weeks, depending on the environment and access transfers. Larger projects have their own scope and schedule. We agree on the transition plan with you before work starts.

How does my team contact you?

Phone, email, or our support portal. LA-based technicians work from your environment documentation and record the resolution so the next person has the context.

Is cybersecurity included?

Security is part of managed IT. Your agreement defines the controls and coverage for your environment, including monitoring and device protection. Additional requirements are reviewed and scoped with you.

What happens if we lose data?

We manage backups and recovery procedures for the systems covered by your agreement. Recovery depends on the data and available backup points. We establish retention and recovery requirements with you.

Do you handle new hires and offboarding?

Yes. We agree with your team on notice and approvals for device and account setup. When a departure is reported, we work through a documented process for access removal, equipment, and company data.

Can you help with compliance?

We assess relevant requirements and help put the technical controls and documentation in place. Policies and evidence need ongoing attention, and certification or audit conclusions belong to the appropriate assessor.

How does managed IT pricing work?

We quote around your environment and support needs. The agreement defines your recurring service and its coverage. Additional projects are scoped and approved separately. AI enablement has its own scope and commercial terms.

Are we locked into a long-term contract?

Managed IT terms are set in your agreement. Review its service scope and exit provisions before signing. AI enablement follows a separate three-year roadmap; do not assume the IT agreement covers it.

Can you work alongside our internal IT team?

Yes. We agree on responsibilities so your people know what WSP handles and what stays with internal IT. AI enablement also works alongside your existing team.

AI Enablement

What happens in the leadership workshop?

Your leaders get hands-on experience using AI on real work. The workshop gives them a shared starting point for deciding where AI is useful and where their own judgment is needed.

What happens after the workshop?

We stay involved as your team puts the learning into practice. The roadmap covers policy and governance, access to relevant business data with your IT team, and a shared home for useful AI apps and skills.

Who builds and maintains the AI work?

Your leaders own the decisions. Your people and IT team build and run what the organization uses. WSP brings teaching and ongoing guidance alongside them.

Do we have to replace our IT team or tools?

No. We work with your existing IT team and the systems your organization uses. Data integration and access are planned with that team, following existing permissions.

How long is the AI engagement?

The offering follows a three-year roadmap so capability can grow beyond the first workshop. We discuss scope and commercial terms with your leadership team before you commit.

Trust and next steps

How long have you been doing this?

WSP has supported Los Angeles businesses since 2009. Our experience includes entertainment and professional services, with infrastructure work for Marvel Productions and architecture firms.

What makes you different?

We document the environment and show you the work and priorities. Our founder combines a technology background with a lawyer’s attention to confidentiality and risk. For AI, we help your own people build capability inside the business.

What do I need to prepare before the first call?

Bring the issue that keeps coming up or the work you want your team to do differently. You do not need a technical specification.

How quickly can you start?

We discuss availability and priorities on the introductory call. The transition schedule depends on your environment, access, and agreed work. If you have an active incident, call us directly to discuss the situation.
